About Finding Zenith
Finding Zenith is dedicated to seeing people connect with their purpose and grow the courage to fulfil it. There is a path that lights each person up, but not all will dare to follow it. You are not here by chance. Les Brown once said, “you were created on purpose, for a purpose”. If the adventure of life is to discover what this is, the true gift of life is to unleash your purpose upon the world - to manifest the dream you hold inside and bring it forth into reality.
There is no greater gift than to honour your calling. It’s why you were born. And how you become most truly alive.
- Oprah
True LIVING is walking your highest path, giving nothing but your heart and soul to that which calls you from within. Your interests are not random, they serve as guidance to what is important to you. While it is a privilege to pursue what we enjoy in life, it is our obligation to pursue what we find meaningful.
To realise one’s destiny is a person’s only obligation.
- Paulo Coelho
Your dream is not yours alone - it is your gift to the world.
While fear can hold us back, courage can lead us forward.
In each and every moment the decision is always yours.
About Kristie Baillie
Sister, daughter, godmother, former track and field athlete-turned-rookie-skydiver, group fitness instructor and leadership facilitator. Specialising in 400m, Kristie was a several time New Zealand National Champion and New Zealand representative for the Oceania Area Championships and the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Introduced to the philosophy of courage through sporting performance and wanting to learn how to perform better under pressure on the track, Kristie conducted her graduate dissertation on courage in the context of skydiving. This led her to become a licenced and industry qualified skydiver, spending five months in the classroom in the sky.
It started with What if? “What if I could be someone who could get out of a plane, calmly and not lose my mind in absolute panic and fear. What if I could not only handle the pressure, but find peace jumping out of an aeroplane?” There was only one way to find out.
Now a rookie skydiver with over 300 skydives, Kristie has held hands with her mother while falling at terminal velocity, cheesy-smiled at her goddaughter in freefall, competed in the New Zealand Skydive Championships, and was a member of the 9-women team to establish New Zealand Women’s Big-Way Sequential Skydiving Record.
Through this journey she experienced the transformative power of courage, by facing fear, leaning into uncertainty and diving in the unknown. This endeavour dramatically changed who she was, what she thought to be possible, and the way she viewed reality. And it is this that she helps others find within themselves.
